High quality personal training in a fully equipped fitness studio. Utilise all the equipment to help you in your fitness journey. Sessions will take place at The Kensington Studio which you can find on 24a Radley Mews, London, W8 7RG.
As a personal trainer in Kensington, I provide a mobile fitness service, bringing personal training and pilates to you in the privacy of your own home. Or at an alternative location of choice, wherever you feel motivated and comfortable.
Reformer pilates is very accessible and great for improving posture, mobility, injury rehab and core stability. Train reformer pilates with me in the Notting Hill studio or practice mat pilates with me anywhere. This option allows you to take advantage of my training expertise wherever you are in the world at the time. This makes for flexible training, and can be used interchangeably with in-person training if your lifestyle takes you away from West London for any length of time.
