As a personal trainer in Kensington I offer one-to-one training either at your home, at The Kensington PT Studio, outdoors or on Zoom. You can accomplish your goals wherever you want and at your own pace.

As a personal trainer in Kensington, I provide a mobile fitness service, bringing personal training and pilates to you in the privacy of your own home. Or at an alternative location of choice, wherever you feel motivated and comfortable.
Reformer pilates is very accessible and great for improving posture, mobility, injury rehab and core stability. Train reformer pilates with me in the Notting Hill studio or practice mat pilates with me anywhere. Alternatively, join my group ‘TRANSFORMER PILATES' classes weekly at Karve, Kensington High Street, for the ULTIMATE CHALLENGE!

This option allows you to take advantage of my training expertise wherever you are in the world at the time. This makes for flexible training, and can be used interchangeably with in-person training if your lifestyle takes you away from West London for any length of time.

Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that utilises a specially designed apparatus called a reformer. It consists of a moving carriage, springs, straps, and pulleys, providing resistance and support to facilitate a full-body workout. It combines the benefits of the flexibility that you get from traditional Pilates with additional core strength training, by providing support and resistance where it is needed.
